Return Conditions

For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet all of the following conditions:

For installation and professional services:

  • More than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
  • Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
  • Same Day Cancellation: Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the full service fee.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service appointment at no additional charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund process is as follows:
